2. Your Rights
Under UK Consumer Rights Act 2015, you have the right to return goods within 14 days of receipt if they are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. For distance sales, you also have a 14-day right to cancel from the day you receive the goods, without giving a reason.
3. Eligibility for Refund
We will process refunds when:
- You cancel within the 14-day cancellation period (unopened products)
- Products are faulty or defective
- Products do not match the description
- We have made an error with your order
4. How to Request a Refund
Contact us at reply@dyxvalonvorgyron.world with your order details and reason for the return. We will respond within 5 business days with instructions. Return the product to the address we provide. Please keep proof of postage.
5. Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund within 14 days. Refunds will be made to the original payment method. Delivery costs for returns are your responsibility unless the product is faulty or we have made an error.
6. Exceptions
We may refuse returns of opened products where hygiene or safety applies, except where the product is faulty. Perishable or personalised items may not be returnable.
7. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or items are missing, contact us within 48 hours with photos where applicable. We will arrange a replacement or refund.
